Our diamond painting kits are made to order specifically after a purchase is placed. Because of this, we generally cannot accept non-defective returns for buyer’s remorse, choosing the wrong design or size, or changing your mind after production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution for qualifying issues, which may include a replacement or other remedy.
Please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as photos or additional information may be needed.
Frames are not included with our current launch kits unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
